My Account is locked. What do I do?

Locked account? Here's what you can do.

If you find yourself locked out of your Thinking Nation teacher account, please submit a Help Desk ticket here and the Thinking Nation team will assist you as soon as possible.

Or, you can follow these easy steps to submit a Help Desk Ticket:

1. Go to the Thinking Nation Website

2. In the upper righthand corner of the Home screen, there is a blue "Help Desk" button. Click on that to log in and submit a ticket.
